Andie MacDowell embraces 'reverse nepotism' while gushing over Margaret Qualley

Andie MacDowell humourously talked about "reverse nepotism", thanking her daughter, Margaret Qualley.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Andie joked about her new "cool" status.

Referring to “nepo babies”, the Four Weddings and a Funeral actress said, “I am now [what] they always accuse the children of.”

“But I'm now cool because I'm Margaret Qualley's mom and also Jack Antonoff's mother-in-law. So it's a double whammy. [I get] letters in the mailbox. 'I think you're wonderful,' and you know, they're 13!” the actress went on to say.

Moreover, she also spoke about Margaret’s role in The Substance, saying, “The movie is fantastic. She takes so many chances. She's so much braver than I could've ever been, she really carved her own road and I'm super, super proud of her.”

Andie, shares her children daughters Margaret Qualley, Rainey Qualley, and son Justin Qualley with ex-husband Paul J. Qualley.

It is worth mentioning that before Andie Dennis Quaid also spoke about "reverse nepotism." In an interview with ET, he talked about his son Jack, saying, "I say, ‘How bout a little help over here?’ I don’t mind the nepo thing myself, OK. Reverse nepo, I’ll take it!"
