Jennifer Lopez was spotted at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Friday, celebrating her manager Benny Medina’s birthday, while rumors circulate about her interest in purchasing a new home near ex-husband Ben Affleck in Brentwood.

The 55-year-old superstar turned heads in a winter ensemble, arriving in style at the iconic venue.

According to Daily Mail, Lopez donned a checked suit jacket with faux fur lining, a long gray scarf, cream-colored cargo pants, and a matching crocodile handbag.

Moreover, she completed the look with dark aviator sunglasses and a sleek bun, maintaining an effortlessly sophisticated appearance.

Additionally, the outing followed reports that Lopez recently toured a $20 million Brentwood mansion, a property in the same area where Affleck purchased his bachelor pad after their split.

However, sources claim the singer has "serious concerns" about the air quality in the region, citing lingering effects of devastating LA wildfires that forced evacuations, including Affleck’s, last year.

As per TMZ, Lopez is taking no chances, reportedly hiring an air quality specialist to evaluate the environment before proceeding with the purchase.

Meanwhile, Lopez and Affleck have yet to sell their $68 million marital home, which has been on the market for over six months.

It is pertinent to mention that Affleck, who shares three children with his first ex-wife Jennifer Garner, rekindled his romance with Lopez in 2021 before the couple ended their two-year marriage last summer.
