Amid Justin Baldoni’s ongoing legal feud with Blake Lively, his wife Emily took to Instagram to celebrate his 41st birthday on Friday.

While sharing a heartfelt message alongside a family photo, Emily wrote, "Happy birthday my love. Celebrating the man, husband, and father that you are. I’d choose you again and again."

According to Daily Mail, Baldoni, known for directing and acting in It Ends With Us, has recently been vacationing in Hawaii with Emily, whom he married in 2013, and their two children, Maiya and Maxwell.

Moreover, the legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively became public in December when Lively filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment and orchestrating a retaliatory smear campaign.

Additionally, Lively’s complaint alleged that Baldoni’s behavior caused her "grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety" as per the publication.

Baldoni’s legal team, led by Bryan Freedman, dismissed the claims as "false, outrageous and intentionally salacious," while Baldoni countersued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist for $400 million, alleging defamation and extortion.

In response, Lively’s lawyers described Baldoni’s lawsuit as "meritless," stating it was "another chapter in the abuser playbook," and emphasizing that the claims do not refute the evidence presented in Lively’s complaint, as per the outlet.

Despite the legal drama, Baldoni has remained focused on his family, TMZ reported that Baldoni claimed at Los Angeles International Airport, “Grateful to be with the family, man. We have amazing friends and family. And faith."

Meanwhile, Lively has kept a low profile since the lawsuits, while Reynolds has been seen attending public events, including the National Board of Review gala and friend Hugh Jackman’s opening night at Radio City on January 24.
