Hugh Jackman kicked off his highly anticipated concert series in New York City with a memorable opening night.

On Friday, January 24, the 56-year-old actor and singer started his From New York, with Love show at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, January 25, Jackman celebrated the opening night, giving a shoutout to "the love" and "the glitches."

The Greatest Show crooner also added a caption under his post that read, "What an incredible night it was. We opened our show at the @radiocitymusichall."

He added, "It had all the feels. The love, the glitches, the sweat, the tears, the laughter and, and, and the love emanating from the audience was enormous. We all felt it."

"And the icing is we get to keep the party going 23 more times. Thank you to the cast and crew for your tireless efforts and talent," Jackman noted.

In From New York, With Love, the Deadpool & Wolverine star sings songs from some of his most famous roles, including The Boy From Oz, Les Misérables, The Greatest Showman, and The Music Man.

It is pertinent to mention that this is Hugh Jackman's first new concert in five years.

He last toured the world for The Man. The Music. The Show. Tour from May to October 2019.
