Lizzo is lending a voice of assurance to her fans on recently reaching her "weight release goal."

The singer, 36, shared her monthslong progress via an Instagram post, where she put her toned body on full display.

"I did it," she captioned a mirror photo, which showed her flaunting her curves in a two-set mauve activewear.

"Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven’t seen this number since 2014!," she said with the term "weight release" referring to a more holistic, well-rounded approach to weight loss.

The photos also shared her weight loss stats, which revealed her body mass index (BMI) lowered by 10.5. She also lost 16% of her body fat since embarking on her journey in January 2024.

The Truth Hurts singer also urged her fans to learn from her journey.

"Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to," she added. "Time for new goals!"

The rapper previously opened up about her relationship with her own body image and the concept of "body positivity," stating that she now thinks of herself in terms of "body neutrality."

"The idea of body positivity, it's moved away from the antiquated mainstream conception," she explained to The New York Times in 2024. "It’s evolved into body neutrality."

"I’m not going to lie and say I love my body every day. The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day," she continued. "There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don't feel completely positive."
