Digital graphic design and video making platform Canva confirmed on Tuesday that the issue of image uploads faced by its users has been resolved.
The company released the statement after users primarily reported issues with uploading images and files on the platform, which made it difficult for them to complete their designs and projects.
Notably, the company also confirmed the presence of the mentioned issue officially.
Canva is an Australian multinational software company. It provides a graphic design medium that provides tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, postcards, promotional merchandise and websites.
The platform offers both free as well as paid premium subscriptions for users to access different design templates. As of 2024, it had more than 170 million users.
The outage affected users globally and as a result many turned to social media to share their frustrations as well as look for updates.
As the users expressed the inconvenience faced by them, the company took notice of it and said that it was trying to resolve the issues.
“We hear you! Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and we will make sure to keep you informed. You can visit http://canvastatus.com for updates,” the company wrote.
As of now, the image glitch issue has been solved and Canva users can successfully upload images to continue their work on designs, projects, illustrations, videos etc.
