QUETTA: At least two persons were injured after a remote control blast near the house of tribal elder in Dera Allahyar, in Jaffarabad district on Saturday.
Police sources told APP that unknown men had planted Improvised explosive device near the house of a local tribal elder and detonated it.
"As a result of the explosion, two persons present in the house of the tribal elder received injuries who were rushed to civil hospital," police said.
The law enforcement rushed to the site and cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspect.
According to bomb disposal squad, about 10 kg explosive was used in the IED blast.
Dera Allahyar police have registered a case against unknown accused. Further probe was in process. (APP)
