KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has taken a very strong exception to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran's Khan's holding Altaf Hussain directly responsible for the the murder of PTI's senior leader Zahra Shahid Hussain, Geo News reported.
"We condemn the brutal murder of Zahra Shahid Hussain, but Imran Khan's jumping to the conclusions without waiting for initial findings lays bare his political immaturity. Khan's statement would undermine the probe into the murder. Also his remarks are tantamount to provocation", said MQM leader, Dr Farooq Sattar, talking to press here.
Dr Sattar said that the MQM would sue the PTI chief on defamation and would file a case under article 62-63 over the Sita White case.
He said how could a man, who did have the courage to own his daughter, could materialize his party's six-point agenda.
He said that Khan didn't even bother to wait until police determined the motive behind the murder before leveling allegations.
Condemning the killing of Zahra Hussain on behalf of Altaf Hussain, Farooq Sattar demanded the killer(s) be brought to justice.
