The victims including Sajid Ali and Ali Raza were standing near a vehicle when a speedy vehicle hit them, police added.
As a result, they received injuries and were shifted to civil hospital. Soon after the incident, police arrested the driver of the vehicle.
Further investigation was underway. (APP)
