QUETTA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Tuesday arrived here to assess the law and order situation in Quetta in the wake of yet another spike in violence that claimed dozens of lives besides injuring scores others.
The Prime Minister during his visit will be given a briefing on the law and order situation across Balochistan.
Mr. Sharif is accompanied by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Information Minister Parvez Rasheed and Mir Hasil Bizenjo.
Balochistan Governor and Chief Minister will brief the Premier about the law and order situation following which directives are expected to be issued to the concerned authorities to tackle the issue at hand.
Sources add that during his meeting with representatives of the Hazara community, Prime Minister Sharif will direct authorities to address their grievances.
