LAHORE: Inspector General Punjab police Khan Baig issued an official communique to the police for surveillance and tight security at all public and private places and buildings after a deadly blast hit Lahore on Saturday, killing at least five people in Old Anar Kali.
He said the next 72 hours were important as terrorists can strike at other places as well.
A six year old child was also killed among others when a bomb weighing half kg of explosives went off at a packed restaurant in Old Anar Kali Food Street.
