KARACHI: In yet another act of aggression, Indian troops opened unprovoked firing on Pakistani positions in Shakargarh and Narowal’s Jagwal sector on Monday, injuring a civilian, Rangers sources said.
The India forces used heavy weapons in what Rangers sources said sixth incident of firing over the last two weeks.
The Indian guns fell silent after the Pakistan Rangers responded to firing in befitting manner.
The sources said that the Rangers would formally lodge a protest with the India’s Border Security Force (BSF) over the incident.
