CAC Quetta for improvement in sanitation condition

QUETTA: Citizens Action Committee Quetta has expressed concern over worsening sanitation condition in the provincial capital and demanded of the city administration for taking concrete measures in this regard.

In a press release here Thursday, the office bearers of CAC said Quetta which once used to be called little London now present a view of junkyard with mounds of garbage along every road and lanes in the city.

"The sewerage system across the city is in a poor state due to lack of attention by the civic departments which may expose the citizens particularly the children to variety of diseases," they said and demanded of the city administration for taking appropriate measures to improve cleanliness situation in the provincial capital.
