Benazir murder case: DNA report of suicide bomber presented in ATC

RAWALPINDI: Statements of the complainant and case inspector Kashif Riaz were recorded on Monday during the hearing of the Benazir Bhutto murder case.

During the hearing in an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi today, police presented the DNA report of the suicide attacker, his jacket, shoes, and bullet shells.

The telephonic record between the suicide bomber and four other arrested suspects was also presented in the court.

The case hearing was adjourned till October 1 when the statement of Mark Seigel will also be recorded through video link.

Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto was assassinated on December 27, 2007 in Rawalpindi.
