Three arrested, rocket launchers recovered in Karachi

KARACHI: Police and intelligence agencies recovered four rocket launchers and three rockets during an operation in the Zamzama area of the city on Wednesday.

Police and intelligence agencies raided an arms shop on a tip off and arrested three suspects who were trying to sell the rockets and launchers. Two employees were also taken into police custody, while the shop has been sealed.

Terrorists have been using rocket propelled grenades and other sophisticated weapons to wreak havoc on Karachi, which has long been witnessing deteriorating law and order situation.
