NAROWAL: The district administration of Narowal has banned the entry of nine religious clerics during Muharram-ul-Haram.
The clerics whose entry has been banned include Maulana Muhammad Akram, Muhammad Shafiq (Pasrur), Maulana Ismail Shah, Maulana Abdul Rauf Yazdani (Gujranwala), Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Ludhiayanvi (Toba Tek Singh), Maulana Muhammad Alam Tariq (Jhang), Maulana Muhammad Yusuf, aka Tokey Wali Sarkar (Sargodha) and Agha Fida Hussain (Mandi Baha ud Din).
The district administration has also imposed a ban on speeches of nine Ulema including Muhammad Qasim Sadiquie, Qari Deen Muhammad, Hafiz Abdul Mateen, Qari Muhammad Idrees, Khalil Ahmed Butt, Maulana Ashfaq ur Rehman, Rana Muhammad Sarwar, Mazhar Ali Saqi and Mudassar Jami Muaviya. (APP)
