DUBAI: Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez won the toss and decided to bat first against South Africa in the first of the two Twenty20 Internationals here at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Pakistan brought back allrounders Shoaib Malik and Abdul Razzaq in their team. Razzaq last played for Pakistan in the World Twenty20 in October 2012 in Sri Lanka.
For South Africa, who won the preceding one-day series 4-1, paceman Dale Steyn returned for his first Twenty20 in 11 months.
