According to initial reports, six gunmen on motorcycles opened indiscriminate firing after hurling a hand grenade in Baldia-12 near the resident of a spiritual healer and fled, leaving almost 12 people injured, including women.
Rescue sources said that the injured were taken to the Civil Hospital Karachi. Hospital sources said that seven people succumbed to their bullet injuries.
