DUBAI: Mumbai Indians failed again to win a match and remained winless in their six matches so far in the seventh edition of the Indian Premier League while Sunrisers Hyderabad secured third victory in their six matches.
Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Mumbai Indians by 15 runs in an interesting IPL match here at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Chasing 173, Mumbai could make 157 for seven in the 20 overs despite a brilliant 48-ball innings of 78 by Kieron Pollard. He struck six sixers and three boundaries.
Earlier, Hyderabad made 172 for five with the help of an impressive 111-run third wicket partnership between David Warner (65) and Lokesh Rahul (46).
