Bangalore beat Delhi by 16 runs
BANGALORE: Bangalore restricted Delhi to 170 to clinch a 16 run win at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore in an IPL match.

Delhi Daredevils (DD) won the toss and put Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in to bat.

RCB got to a very competitive total of 186/4 in their 20 overs due to a late flourish of sixes by back in form Yuvraj Singh. He hit a single boundary and as many as 9 sixes in his 29 ball 68.

AB de Villiers contributed a quick 33 off 17 balls with 4x4s and a six. P.Patel (29) and C.Gayle (22) also batted well.

M.Shami, S.Kaul and R.Shukla got a wicket a piece for Bangalore.

Delhi started off disastrously losing both their openers with the scoreboard on 10.

Only for a brief period when JP Duminy was at the crease scoring 48 off 30 balls with 3x4s and 3x6s, Delhi never really looked like getting to the target.

M.Agarwal (31) and skipper K.Pietersen (33) also got a few runs but none could go on to help the team achieve the winning target.

M.Murlidharan and M.Starc bowled well for RBC getting 2 wickets a piece.
