ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the PML-Q is in agreement with their demand that members of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should resign.
Speaking to the media after meeting PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain here on Wednesday, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the ECP remained silent over rigging and was not successful in fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities.
Qureshi said the PTI had called for the resignation of ECP members not their removal. PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat said this time even those successful in the elections had claimed that rigging had taken place.
