Intra-court appeal filed for Sethi’s restoration

ISLAMABAD: An intra-court appeal has been filed today here at the Islamabad High Court for restoration of Najam Sethi as chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

The appeal has been filed by the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination through Aasma Jahangir.

It has been requested in the appeal to declare the order null and void under which Najam Sethi was removed as chairman PCB.

It has also been requested to restore the SRO regarding the PCB’s interim management committee and its chairman.

The Islamabad High Court while issuing its written verdict on the removal of Sethi as PCB chairman had anulled all decisions made by the PCB’s interim management committee.
