ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court has been formed to hear a petition filed by the government, challenging the Sindh High Court (SHC) order to remove name of former military ruler General Pervez Musharraf from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar and comprising Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Ejaz Afzal Khan will take up the case on Monday.
The Sindh High Court had ordered the government to allow the accused to travel abroad but had suspended operation of its order for 15 days so the respondent (government) can appeal before the apex court.
