PAT Inquilab March reaches Jhelum
JHELUM: The Inquilab March of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has reached Jhelum as it proceeds towards Islamabad.

The caravan of the march spent last night in Kharian. The march began from Model Town in Lahore.

The caravan of 920 vehicles passed through the Gunjranwala Toll Plaza without paying any toll tax, said traffic police.

“No single vehicle owner or driver paid toll tax,” said the police adding that 15,000 people were part of the caravan or Inquilab March.

Speaking to Geo News upon departure PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri said the Punjab government had not given permission for the Inquilab March, rather his workers conducted overnight reconnaissance to discover a route leading out of Model Town.
