ISLAMABAD: Referring to National Assembly Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah as Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s spokesman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said no written agreement had been made regarding the red zone.
Khan’s statement came as a response to Shah who had said the PTI chairman should respect his written agreement with the interior minister and review his decision to march into the red zone.
The PTI chairman said the crowd would leave for the red zone at 6:00 PM and people would achieve their liberation today. “People have gathered to remove Pakistan’s Hosni Mubarak,” Khan said in reference to Prime Minister Sharif.
Khan further said that Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak and all other PTI ministers were ready to tender their resignations.
