Imran, Qadri, others booked for attack on parliament

ISLAMABAD: Geo News on Tuesday got copy of FIR into parliament attack, which shows names of 16 politicians including senior leaders of both the Pakistan Awami Tehreek and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf .

Imran Khan, Tahirul Qadri, Sheikh Rashid, Shujaat Hussain, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Jahangir Khan Tarin,Raheeq Abbasi and others have been booked in the parliament attack case.

The FIR, a copy of which is available with Geo News, says protesters entered parliament after breaking northern gate of the President House.

It noted that the demonstrators entered the parliament complex breaking its fence. According to the FIR, the leaders provoked the protesters and threatened to occupy Parliament House and the Prime Minister House.
