ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s trade delegation, led by Federal Minister for Trade Khurram Dastagir, will embark on a two-day trip to Turkey on Tuesday.
President, Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Zakaria Usman told Geo News that during the trip the Pakistani delegation will be discussing the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the Turkish authorities.
During the visit, Pakistan’s Minister for Trade Khurram Dastagir will hold a one-on-one meeting with his Turkish counterpart. A similar meeting will also be held between the heads of two countries’ commerce bodies to discuss bilateral trade.
Zakaria Usman hoped that the visit will not just help promote bilateral trade between the two countries but also provide an opportunity to get an in depth understanding about each other’s business sectors.
