ISLAMABAD: Former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice (retd) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said on Tuesday that no other courts could be formed in the presence of an independent judiciary.
The former chief justice’s statement was a response to the decision to establish special courts for the trial of terrorism cases.
