SARGODHA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Chief Nawaz Sharif Wednesday said that when PML-N was in power it did what no one could do, Geo News reported.
Talking at a condolatory event held in the honour of late MNA Chaudhry Abdul Majid, he said that he was striving to turn Pakistan into an Asian tiger.
Vowing to change the fate of the country, Sharif said that Pakistan would scale new heights if his party came to power once again. He said assuming prime minister’s office was easier said than done and being able to serve the people after becoming one was even a harder thing to do.
Criticizing his ouster, he said that the dictator not only wasted ten of his precious years, but also pushed the country back a decade. Warning the youth of “political kidnappers”, he said the new generation to beware of hollow slogans and reality distortion.
He wooed the young ones to take his lead and rewrite the fate of the country.
