PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) Tuesday sought reply from ministries of interior and defence in missing persons’ case.
Chief Justice of PHC Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Mian Fasihul Mulk heard the case of missing persons.
The court was told that Amjad and Saeed got missing in 2009 from Machni police station. The petitioner said that police personnel Javed also went missing along with them but he was recovered later.
The court has summoned police personnel Javed in next hearing and issued notices to ministries of interior and defence. The court also issued notice to commanding officer Malakand Fort, seeking reply about missing person Safdar Ali from Mardan.
