Balochistan case: 3 missing persons produced
ISLAMABAD: Three missing persons from Quetta Saryab Road were produced before the Supreme Court (SC) today, Geo News reported.

The court ordered their immediately release with the directions to not to arrest them again without permission. They told the court that they were kept at an unidentified place.

The bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Parvez held hearing on issues raised by the Balochistan High Court Bar Association (BHCBA) President over the gruesome and sensational murder of wife and daughter of Mir Bakhtiar Domki in Karachi on February 6, and appeal for missing persons cases of Balochistan.

The released men were brought to the court after the CJ expressed displeasure over the absence of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan and directed the Secretary Establishment to suspend him.

The court has summoned Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan and concerned SP and SHO on Friday.

Earlier today, the SC asked Advocate General Balochistan about the remaining four Saryab missing persons.
The court also directed to send IG and SP to jail. The CJ observed that Balochistan is burning and they (officials) are sitting idle.
