The PHC Chief Justice made this remark while hearing a case pertaining to a March 17 drone attack.
The petition was filed by the victims of the families and during proceedings the Chief Justice asked why parliament’s resolution regarding drone strikes was not being implemented. The resolution called for a stop to US drone attacks within Pakistani territory.
