I respect mandate of provincial govts, says PM Ashraf

LAHORE: Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has said that being chief executive of the country he respects mandate of all the provincial governments, Geo News reported.

Addressing the party workers at Governor House Punjab, the Prime Minister said they reject politics of confrontation among the institutions, adding there would be no issue if every institution works within its limits.

PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf invited the opposition for deliberations on the appointment of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and said that appointment of CEC is vital for free and fair lections.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was optimistic about success in the next general elections, saying PPP will win when the stage of election is set.
