KHAIRPUR: President Asif Ali Zardari said Sunday that the next general elections would be free and fair, adding that the PPP would once again be elected.
The president while speaking to party workers after meeting Nawab Khan Wasan and Mansoor Wasan said after elections all the Chief Ministers will be from PPP.
“If not for our support, Shahbaz Sharif would not have become the chief minister of Punjab.”
President Zardari asked party workers to get ready for general elections as they would be held on time.
The president called Sindh a stronghold of the PPP and said the government was solving the problems faced by people on a priority basis.
The president further said that several mega projects had been launched for economic development
