ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik telephoned his Indian counterpart Sunil Kumar and invited him to visit Pakistan.
According to an official statement issued here at Ministry of Interior, both the ministers expressed resolve to bring the culprits of Mumbai attack to justice through mutual cooperation.
During conversation, Rehman Malik felicitated Sunil Kumar on assuming the charge of his office as Indian home minister.
Both the ministers agreed to work for the greater interest of the peoples of both countries and to resolve issues through mutual understanding.
Malik assured his counterpart of full cooperation of Pakistan for uprooting terrorism from the region.
The Indian home minister conveyed Eid greetings to Rehman Malik.
