DUBAI: Former president and Co-chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari Tuesday demanded steps for bringing about reforms in tribal areas through evolving consensus between people of FATA and political parties.
Talking to Akhunzada Chattan on the phone, Asif Asif Zardari said PPP has always stood by the people of Federally Administer Tribal Areas (FATA).
The PPP Co-chairman congratulated Akhunzada Chattan on what he said leading a successful rally to raise voice for the much-needed reforms in FATA.
The call for reforms in FATA comes from Asif Ali Zardari days after the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif formed a committee to prepare recommendations in consultation with all the stakeholders for FATA reforms.
