Rangers killed in firing incident

KARACHI: A Rangers personnel was killed when unknown armed assailants opened fire near Star gate, Shahrah-e-Faisal in the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station in Karachi East, reported Geo News.

Sources revealed the deceased Rangers personnel was identified as Mohmmad Yunus who was badly injured and died on the way to Jinnah Hospital.

Elsewhere 3 people were injured in a firing incident by unknown armed men in Orangi Town’s Faqir Colony.

Tension gripped the area after the incident and businesses were closed. The injured were taken to different hospitals for treatment.
