According to rescue sources, Director General BISP Azam Saleem was on his way to Islamabad when his car turned turtle at Lahore-Islamabad motorway at Balkasar Interchange due to rain and over speeding.
As a result of accident, Azam Saleem died on the spot. His body was shifted to DHQ Hospital, Chakwal.
