Fake degree: BHC disqualifies BNP minister Ahsan Shah

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Monday disqualified Provincial Minister for Industries Syed Ahsan Shah over fake degree, Geo News reported.

Balochistan National Party-Awami (BNP) leader Ahsan Shah was the member of provincial assembly and was disqualified after his BA degree turned out to be fake.

His membership was challenged by National Party’s Dr Yaseen, saying that Shah is holding a fake degree.

Justice Jamal Mandokhel and Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal of BHC heard the case and disqualified him from his national assembly membership.

Shah was elected as member of Balochistan Assembly from PB-48 Kech-I.
