Spinner Saeed Ajmal tops ICC ODI rankings

DUBAI: Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal is ranked first on the International Cricket Council (ICC) one day international rankings for bowlers.

Ajamal secured the top position and is followed by Muhammed Hafeez who ranks second. Ajmal also ranks second on the T20 rankings and third in the test rankings.

South African Hashim Amla ranks first and Indian Virat Kohli ranks second on the list of the top ODI batsmen. The highest Pakistani ranked on the list is Umer Akmal at 13.

In test batsmen rankings Sri Lankan Kumara Sangakkara ranks first and South Arfican Hashim Amala ranks second. The list also includes three Pakistanis, Younus Khan, Azhar Ali and Misbah-ul-Haq in the top 20.

England’s E.J.G. Morgan ranks first in the T20 batsmen rankings while Umer Akmal from Pakistan ranks 16.
