ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, expressing his displeasure over the token boycott of Supreme Court by the law officers of Attorney General Office, termed it misconduct on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.
During the hearing of a case in Court Room No.1, CJ, reprimanding the Deputy Attorney General Muhammad Alizai present in the court room, said that boycotters should tell the government that they don’t want to work.
CJ enquired have you ever seen that the law officers have boycotted the courts and then added this was misconduct.
