QUETTA: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will resume hearing of the Balochistan law and order situation case today (Monday) at the SC Quetta Registry at the Balochistan High Court.
The bench comprising of the Chief Justice, Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif will be hearing the case daily until October 12th.
Besides hearing the Balochistan missing persons' case, the Supreme Court bench will also hear the contempt case against interior minister Rehman Malik as well as the petition filed by Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party relating to target killings and alleged misappropriations in government funds.
