QUETTA: At least twelve people including a child were injured when a bomb exploded near Zarghoon Road in Quetta, Geo News reported Monday.
According to police sources, twelve persons including three policemen and a child were injured in the blast that occurred near the offices of the Department of Urban Development. A rickshaw, motorcycle and a bicycle were also damaged due to the explosion.
The bomb disposal squad told that it was a remote controlled explosion, where the explosive material was hidden inside the motorcycle. At least four to five kilograms of explosives were used in the blast, the squad added.
