Zardari expresses grief on Sandy losses

KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday expressed grief over the widespread destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy in the United States.

The President expressed his sympathies for the affected people and wished for them an early rehabilitation.

The President was talking to Sherry Rehman, Ambassador to the United States, who called on him at Bilawal House here.

President Zardari especially inquired about the well-being of the Pakistani community present in the affected areas and advised the ambassador to provide all possible help to the affected people.
