N-League hits back at PPP after SC ruling
LAHORE: The Pakistan Msulim League-Nawaz on Sunday hit back at the PPP-led Sindh government after days of latter’s criticism of the former following the Supreme Court ruling in Asghar Khan case.

This time the apex court’s interim order and judges’ remarks during the hearing of a case pertaining to law and order in Karachi provided the Nawaz-league opportunity to recover from the verbal assaults it has been facing since the Asgahr Khan case judgment.

Geo News on Sunday quoted PML-N Deputy Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal as saying that the Sindh government had lost it moral and legal credibility to rule the province in the wake of Supreme Court interim order on Karachi law and order case.

He was of the view that the apex court decisions on Balochistan case and Karachi case were of the same nature.

“If Sindh government is unable to protect lives of citizens, it has no right to rule”, he said and added that target killings had become routine of the day in Karachi while there was also no writ of government in Balochistan.
