Karachi law & order: MQM walks out of NA session

ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Tuesday boycotted the national assembly session over the alarming law and order situation in Karachi, Geo News reported.

MQM MNA, Abdul Quadir Khanzada said that if the government’s clear stance on the issue didn’t come forth till Wednesday, then they would stage a complete boycott of the current session. He lamented that the interior minister has been continuously absent from the House.

On this occasion, ANP MNA, Bushra Gohar said that violence in Karachi was a failure of the intelligence outfits and suggested forming NA committee, which should formulate recommendations.
