ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Friday, warned the holders of the high offices to weigh their words before giving tongue to a statement given the crucial circumstances, which are Geo News reported
“A loose-talk sometimes can spark an uncontrollable outrage. People sitting in the power corridors should refrain from it”, Nisar said while talking to pressmen here at this chamber.
He said that the country was passing through a critical phase, which makes it imperative for everyone to exercise caution in airing their expressions.
“It is our responsibility to make sure we don’t say anything that could incite controversy or something even worse”, PML-N leader said.
He said some people were trying to add fuel to the fire in order to cover up their own crimes.
“They are using “smoke and mirrors” tactic to hide their wrongdoings, while the self-deceptive rulers are clapping sitting behind like spectators thinking everything is alright”, said he.
He said, differences, whether among the top brass or the institutions, should be ironed out seriously once and for all.
