One dead in Quetta firing

QUETTA: Some unknown persons opened fire on a passenger coach on way from here to Karachi killing the cleaner of the coach on Monday, Geo News reported.

Police said that a local company’s Quetta-Karachi passenger coach no sooner came out of the coach stand, it was targeted and fired upon at a place called BB Nani on Sariab Road, however, the driver and passengers miraculously remained safe, but the cleaner Shamsullah was severely wounded, who on way to the hospital succumbed to his injuries.

The accused said to be three persons escaped from the scene. Further actions are being taken by the local administration.
