The application submitted by a mobile phone service providing company prayed the court to issue stay order against the government’s orders of suspending cellular services on 9th and 10th Muharram.
Rejecting the plea, the court observed that decision could not be given before hearing the federation.
The court issued notices to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and the federal government for the next week.
