5 girls gang-raped in Sheikhupura by 8

SHIKHUPURA: Police said five girls were gang-raped by eight men in Narangmandi area, Geo News reported on Saturday.

Police said that the fives girls who worked in fields were raped by eight men and a case had been registered. The police said that two culprits were arrested while six were still at large.

The police said that the girls had been working at the fields, owned by Najib Mir, in Moza Kirno for 15 days. On Thursday night, Zaheer, Tasudduq alias Mara Jutt and six other men trussed up others members of the girls’ family and took them (girls) away to another place where they allegedly gang-raped them.

Police shifted the girls to a hospital for medical examination and registered a case against eight people. They said that Zahir and Tasudduq were arrested.
